Conditions
Returns will be only accepted if all of the required conditions are fulfilled.

Returns must be received within 30 days from the purchase date on the order.

All items must be new and unworn with the original tags, booklets, and materials attached.
Unworn with no marks on the products, no wear on tags, tags and stickers must be attached in their original locations.
We will not accept returns that have markings and scratches that indicate any usage.

If the item was packaged in a box, it must be returned in the original box.

The original receipt(ex: Invoice or Packing Slip) must be presented at the time of return.

Returns for Special orders
Special orders are items that we do not typically carry in stock or (unless otherwise stated) any item priced above $1500.

Returns will not be accepted for Special orders unless the product does not function properly at time of delivery. In the event that this occurs,
the item(s) will be replaced with an identical item only.

Return Procedures

1. Contact us via Email to acquire a RMA (Return Merchandise Number).
2. Write the RMA on the original invoice and the shipping label.
All returns and exchanges must have the RMA number; otherwise we will not accept them.
3. Package your item(s) properly and ship.
Returns must have prepaid postage and must be insured for the full purchase price of the products.
The customer will be responsible for goods damaged or lost in transit, so please insure all of your products.
4. Wait for the refund to process.
Refunds will be awarded in the same manner of purchase: credit card purchases refunded back to same credit cards, check purchases by check.

NOTE: The shipping & handling costs we've incurred for the order will be deducted from the refunds.

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order(s) please e-mail sales@finebrandshop.com within 24 hours of the order time. If your order has been processed and
shipped out, please follow the Return Procedures stated above.
